This notice explains how Kerbside Fox uses the details you send through this website. Operators using the Kerbside Fox portal also have a separate customer agreement.

Who we are

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, company name, work email, phone number if you give it, who licenses your firm, your number of drivers and anything you write in your message.

Our hosting provider also processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your request and arrange a demo. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who can see it

Your request is stored in our own database and sent to us by email. These companies provide the services we use to do that: [YOUR HOSTING, DATABASE AND EMAIL PROVIDERS, AND WHERE THEY PROCESS DATA]. We don't sell your details.

How long we keep it

We delete demo requests from our database after 12 months, unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to the portal, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in, which the portal needs to work. Our fonts are served from our own site.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
